Cancellation, Returns & Refunds – Maison Lioré
1. Cancellation and Exchange
1.1 Once an order has been placed via our Website, you may cancel or modify it by sending us an email at support@maison-liore.com.
1.2 Once an order has been packaged, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. In such case, the order must be returned to us in accordance with section 2 below.
As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit to you, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You may, of course, notify us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the fastest possible return processing, we kindly request that you provide confirmation of shipment.
Early reimbursement is possible at the earliest 16 weeks after receipt of the order if the goods have not been received.
1.3 As we operate a fully automated system, orders are activated immediately after dispatch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process once initiated. A refund prior to receipt of the goods is therefore only possible within 15 minutes after placing the order.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Our Return Policy forms part of the Terms under which you may access and use our Website.
2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may send us an email specifying which Product you wish to return and return the Product to us. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the final Product.
2.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
2.4 The customer is only entitled to a refund once the Product has been received by us. We will inspect the returned Product upon arrival.
2.5 You must ensure that the Product is returned in the same condition in which it was received and that it is properly packaged. The Product must be unused, labels must not have been tampered with, and the Product must be in its original packaging.
If a Product is returned in an unsuitable or damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
2.6 Our processing time for returns depends on your specific order. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt and approval of the returned Product.
2.7 If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned Product, we will send you an email confirming approval of your return. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the payment method originally used for the order. No storage fees apply.
2.8 The cancellation process is considered complete once we have physically received the returned goods.

3. Steps for Cancellation / Return

Request the return form from our support team and send it back to us completed, signed, and scanned.

Return the goods to us.
Please use only a return method with a tracking number so that we can correctly assign your return shipment. Inform us in advance of the return so that received goods can be clearly linked to the correct order. This is the only way we can guarantee a prompt refund.
Once the return shipment has been received and registered, the refund will be processed.
